GUEST EXPERIENCE TEAM INTEREST FORM

The Guest Experience Team has the unique opportunity to create an incredible guest experience for every person who attends our church. Team members welcome all guests and partners that enter the church. In addition to greeting and seating people, team members answer questions and help guests navigate their visit . As a Guest Experience team member, you are one of the very first impressions our guests will have of our church. We ask that you serve at minimum once every month, and stay current with our information. Think of your role as being the “host” in your home and of them as “guests” in your home. Our desire is to help individuals feel welcomed at Light City whether it’s their first time or 1,000th time joining us.

Guest Experience Team Members Serve In The Following Positions:
Greeters, Usher, Hosts, Hospitality, Support

Future Positions
Guest Services Table, Merchandise, Tour Guides, Parking Team, Coffee Kiosk, Safety Team

COMMITMENTS
Guest experience members are committed to the following:
*Committed to being a person of prayer who regularly reads and meditates on the Word of God, and daily seeks to be led by the Spirit
*Committed to serve on the guest experience team for duration of the calendar year
*Committed to serve at least 1-2 times per month during Light City services
*Committed to regularly attending Sunday services on days when not serving
*Committed to being accountable and communicating with team coordinators concerning absences, timeliness and scheduling needs
*Committed to participate in development workshops, trainings and conferences as made aware
*Committed to being on time when scheduled to serve
*Committed to downloading and using The Planning Center App
